After posters submit their listing information to us, our system
automatically publishes
their listing in HTML, WML, and coming soon voice listings using the Voice Extensible Markup
Language
(VXML).

cell phone and pda users are able to browse the listings on their digital device
24/7/365 and contact the poster if interested in a property. This clearly
