our intention is not to review, edit, or approve the postings we receive.
We do not edit postings for content, although we sometimes will adjust
the posting format or photos.
All real estate advertising is
subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the Fair
Housing Amendments Act of 1988 which makes it illegal to advertise
any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color,
religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin or any
intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.
OpenMLS will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate
which is in violation of the law.
