OpenMLS, Where Everybody Lists

Letter from Our Founder

On Labor Day in 2002, I launched OpenMLS. After researching both residential and commercial real estate segments, I created and built an online multiple listing system for everyone for the following three reasons: open, centralization, and trust.

Having an open market will help everyone buying and selling real estate everywhere. Buyers are aware of new listings and sellers maximize their properties' exposure.

I found that the industry was highly inefficient in the way of aggregrating and displaying property listings. A centralized multiple listing system cures this defect.

And lastly but by far the most important problem was that of trust. I pledge to build a "trustful" community in regards to privacy for all buyers and sellers.

I hope you will agree with my reasons which clearly support and validate the purpose of OpenMLS.

Best regards and thanks for being open,

Corey
