Corey (37), a native of Honolulu, Hawaii,
received a bachelor of science degree in management information systems
from the University of South Florida.
He is currently a graduate student working on a master's degree in
information security at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
In 2002, Corey began work on a "pet project"
which eventually became known as OpenMLS. On Labor Day weekend in September of 2002, OpenMLS was
launched on the World Wide Web.
Corey's interests include working on the site and
reading business profile and computer books, specifically by O'Reilly Books.
He also tries to shave a few strokes off of his golf game when he has the
chance. His current golf coach is Sean Hogan of the David Leadbetter Golf
Academy.
In the past, he has been an IBM instructor lecturing
on XML technologies and state licensed real estate instructor. He was also the webmaster for the National Association
of Professional Baseball overseeing MinorLeagueBaseball.com
and association's intranet. He currently works at NBA City at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
